Taiwan hit by magnitude 7.4 earthquake
A magnitude 7.4 earthquake has killed at least 9 people and injured at least 700 in Taiwan.
Tingting Liu, Chief Foreign Affairs and Military Correspondent at Taiwan's TVBS News, spoke to Newshour's Paul Henley from in front of a collapsed building in Hualien, the epicentre of Taiwan's strongest quake in 25 years.
