Domestic violence survivor backs tougher gun screening to "save lives"
Campaigner and survivor Rachel Williams tells Radio Wales Breakfast that including the partners of those applying for a gun in the licensing process could save the lives of people living with domestic abuse.
Gwent Police is one of 5 police forces in Wales and England currently trialling the new rules.
