An exhibition in Cambridge is giving people a glimpse into what it's like to be a young carer.

It features photos all taken by young carers to raise awareness of local charity Centre 33, which supports young people in Cambridgeshire.

Lily is one of the stories showcased in the Through the Eyes of Young Carers exhibition, as she tells Chris Mann.
