Turing ‘owed’ a better memorial

The plaque commemorating the life of the mathematician and World War Two codebreaker is surrounded by bins and dirty telephone exchange boxes on Kings Parade.
Writer Emilie Silverwood-Cope believes he is ‘owed’ something more suitable.
