Sophie from Southend was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at just four months old and given a life expectancy of only 16 years. Now in her thirties, Sophie is taking on a challenge of running a world record 36 marathons in 36 days, covering more than 900 miles. That's the equivalent of running from Southend to Madrid.
