Mike Ashton from Flitwick was told he couldn鈥檛 board the P&O ship in his wheelchair. He insisted his family continue on their holiday without him and he went home. P&O says wheelchair users should fill in the online 鈥渙n board needs鈥� questionnaire at the time of booking. It also says, its website advises that wheelchairs must be declared or passengers will be denied boarding.
