Recovering from a stroke was just one of the subjects being addressed at the Headway Suffolk conference in Kesgrave on the outskirts of Ipswich.
F1 presenter Jennie Gow who had a stroke in 2022 was the main speaker at the event and Luke Deal went along for a chat.
