Staff at Colchester Library have experienced more than 50 anti-social behaviour incidents in three months, which has led to the introduction of a security guard and further measures are not being ruled out.

Speaking on the matter are Councillor Mark Durham, Conservative Cabinet Member for Arts, Heritage and Culture at Essex County Council, and David King, the Liberal Democrat leader of Colchester City Council.
