"Every day is painful"
Charlotte Hope, 19, died in a crash on the A53 at Astley, near Shrewsbury in 2022. Ashley Kosciekowski, from Stoke-on-Trent, was jailed for six years and four months after admitting causing death by dangerous driving and for seriously injuring Ms Hope's mother. The Hope family are now fighting the system for a second time to stop Kosciekowski from being moved to an open prison.
