According to Visit Essex, the county's of铿乧ial tourism organisation, Essex has become the fifth largest grower of grapes in the UK and the largest producer in the Eastern region. Paul Edwards from Saffron Grange vineyard near Saffron Walden has been explaining why the Essex wine industry is enjoying a boost.
