S Club's Rachel Stevens on growing up in the spotlight
S Club’s Rachel Stevens joined Anita Rani in the Â鶹Éç Radio 4's Woman's Hour studio. She spoke about life with the iconic 00s pop group, and overcoming the imposter syndrome she felt.
Rachel said she tried to cope with the pressure by pushing her anxiety down, but behind the scenes she was in therapy and struggled to set boundaries. Her new memoir, Finding My Voice, delves deeper into her time with the group and everything that's come since.
You can listen to Rachel’s full interview with Anita on Â鶹Éç Sounds – it’s the Woman’s Hour episode from 20 June.
