A special guest joins the podcast this week from the T20 World Cup, as Mia Motley, the Prime Minister of Barbados, speaks to Alex from a peculiar location within the Kensington Oval Cricket ground.

She tells us about the future of the game in the Caribbean, life in Barbados and the challenges she faces as a leading woman in public life.

Elsewhere, Kate is in the England camp as New Zealand arrive for a white-ball series. And Alex heads out on a catamaran.
