What does a Special Constable in Berkshire do?
By day, Jacob Pine and Emem Adegbola have a desk job - by night, they are Special Constables.
Special Constables respond to the same incidents as regular officers - and have the same powers - but they do it for no pay, as they are voluntary roles.
