A new play, 'The Miner Birds' is coming to the New Vic Theatre. Writer, Lisa Blower and Rose Hunter, the Chair of North Staffs Miners' Wives Association Group, talk about it's importance in telling the story of the women behind the North Staffordshire miners in the 80's and 90's.
