Primal Instincts in Telford say they aren't just a men's mental health support group, they're a "brotherhood". Encouraging local men to trade their bad habits and vices for the rush of cold water swimming. Many of the group credit the change in lifestyle for saving their lives.
The "river dip" meet is at 6am every Saturday in Ironbridge, 麻豆社 Radio Shropshire's Paul Shuttleworth went to join them.
