Olga Ngoma and her daughter have left their Kingsthorpe flat after it has been overrun with rats.

Northamptonshire Partnership Homes said 鈥減est control contractors have determined the nature and scale of work required鈥� since the initial reports, and have looked into temporary accommodation.
