Public concern over Abingdon reservoir impact on future of canal
It's a project to protect water supplies for 15 million of us across the South East - but a new reservoir proposed to the south-west of Abingdon is already creating concerns
Thames Water has confirmed it's looking at a tunnel ONLY option to deal with emergency run-off to regulate supplies --- a decision campaigners say could have a detrimental impact on our canals.
