The English Channel is the world's busiest shipping lane, and an iconic challenge to cross for swimmers... And now windsurfers are now getting in on the act! Dodge the enormous ships and you could find yourself in a small elite club of people to have faced down that challenge.

Bob van de Burgt is hoping to do just that this month, but not content with simply making it across the sea to the UK from his home in Netherlands, he's going to return back across the channel immediately. But as he told Sportshour's Caroline Barker, the first obstacle to success is completely out of his hand... The weather!
