Vertex has been encouraging the next generation of scientists with a summer internship programme.

The company has hosted more than 60 paid interns since opening its purpose-built Learning Lab in Didcot in 2021.

One of the project鈥檚 key aims is helping people from underrepresented backgrounds into scientific professions.
