On a special edition of The Dub, Oxford United boss Des Buckingham takes our questions and those collated by Oxford United Supporters Panel. He opens up about 鈥渞eally dark days鈥 this year, job offers from elsewhere, the highest of highs and the challenges of the Championship (and Aunt Sally!)

Hear about:

鈥 The whirlwind of his last year
鈥 Jaw dropping player performance stats
鈥 Injury updates on multiple players
鈥 His future and the countries he might like to work in (one day!)
