Adam Fergus from Lincolnshire has set himself the challenge of visiting every city in the UK, a total of 76 across England, Scotland and Wales. Adam has already walked more than 2,300 miles, and his route has now reached the Essex cities of Chelmsford, Colchester and Southend.
