The Oracy Commission is calling for the skill, which means articulating ideas, developing understanding and engaging with others, to be become education's fourth 'R'.

This means it would be on an equal status with reading, writing and arithmetic. The 麻豆社's Kristian Johnson has been to a school in east London to see it in action.
