麻豆社 Radio Derby's Andy Twigge has been for a look around the Friar Gate Goods Yard in Derby. Work is starting to turn the listed buildings into commercial space. New homes will also be built on the site. He's been speaking to Donna Smith from Wavensmere Homes.
