It's no secret our high streets are struggling and the number of independent book shops has fallen in the last year.

But luckily for us, East Oxford has a brand new shop which is determined to buck this trend and serve the community.

Caper Books is run by Xander Cansell who, after many years with his nose in books, decided it was time to open his own bookshop which includes a few surprises and a few touches of magic.
