Hear from the incredible children ready to represent Worcestershire on TV! 9-year-old Lucy, 8-year-old Chloe and 7-year-old Alice are part of the Heart Heroes 'I Can' Group, which receives funding from 麻豆社 Children in Need.

The girls have been chosen to perform with others across the country on the big night, and have been telling us how they can't wait for the occasion.

The girls are all living with heart conditions, with the charity supporting children like them across locations including Wales, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Bristol and The South West.
