A scaffolder from Liverpool who was raised on a council estate has turned a side hustle into a multi-million pound company.

Thomas Ryder established his sports supplements 'Applied Nutrition' ten years ago.

The sports nutrition brand, the UK's fastest growing, now distributes across 60 countries after starting in a small Kirkby unit.
