A Lincoln fitness coach who trains girls to lift weights has won the 麻豆社 Sports Personality Unsung Hero award for East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
Kristen Ingraham-Morgan founded the Strong Girl Squad to create a safe and encouraging environment for teenagers to work out and to develop their physical and mental wellbeing.
