Ellie Goulding: From Calvin Harris to climate activism
Reflect on a massive twelve months with Herefordshire's biggest ever music export, Ellie Goulding, who previews new music.
The BRIT-winning and Grammy-nominated act, who's played at the world's biggest festivals, as well as a royal wedding, talks to the 麻豆社 from the top of a mountain in Austria where she's been performing.
She's set to release her next album, potentially a fifth chart-topper, but Ellie says she has taken her time to record it, exploring different sounds.
It all started with 麻豆社 Introducing for Ellie Goulding, sending in a demo tape to her local radio station, when she was a student at Lady Hawkins High School and then Hereford Sixth Form College. She was a regular at the old Doodies venue on St Owen's Street in Hereford.
Fast forward nearly two decades, and the Herefordshire star has been all over, with the world remaining at her feet.
