'It's our perfect life'
A couple from Sawtry who have been foster carers for 18 years "would never look back".
Diane and Brian Bines began fostering in 2006 when their daughter, who's now 24, asked for a sibling.
Peterborough City Council says it urgently needs new foster carers. It currently has 81 families on its books with 148 children in need of a home.
Diane and Brian have been telling Kate Moser Andon how their fostering journey started.
