'No man should have to ride alone'
Paul Geory from Meir, struggled with depression for years and he's hoping a 90-mile cycling event in North Wales will give men the chance to open up and break the stigma. He says he felt like he was failing his family but he hopes his big charity bike ride will show no man should have to ride alone.
