'If it was Banksy...' The row over Earl's Court Mary Poppins
Kensington & Chelsea Council has ordered a resident who painted a Mary Poppins mural on the wall of his Earl's Court roof terrace to remove it.
Patrick Spens has launched a petition to help save the work which he says is a "symbol of hope".
But the council says the piece causes "harm to the conservation area".
