"They're messing with people's livelihoods"
Traders at Hyde Outdoor market have said they're not impressed with the parasols which have been installed for them.
A series of permanent stalls have been demolished over the last few weeks, but the new umbrellas don't have tables or electricity.
Tameside Council want to create a flexible space so events can take place there.
