Why a Chorlton medic is first to receive King's medal
Anna Daniell from Chorlton led the UK's emergency medical response team into the town of Derna in Libya when it was hit by catastrophic flooding in 2023.
She is among the first people to be awarded the government's new Humanitarian Medal.
