Parking charges introduced at five Leeds parks

Charges will apply at Golden Acre, Middleton and Roundhay parks, along with Temple Newsam and Otley Chevin.
Leeds City Council imposed the charges - which will cost 拢4 for a full day - to raise money to offset its budget deficit this financial year.
