Ukrainian ex-minister says US won't broker a quick end to war with Russia
The former Ukrainian foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba has said he doesn't think the United States will manage to negotiate an end to the war with Russia within the 100 day target set by President Trump's envoy.
Speaking to Julian Worricker on the 麻豆社 World Service's Weekend programme, Mr Kuleba said a deal to end the war would be difficult because of Vladimir Putin's conviction that Russia is winning.
