'My Saint Bernard supports me every day with my autism'
Faith Windsor from Crewe and her assistance dog, Ember, are going to Crufts after they have been shortlisted for the Kennel Club's Young Person of the Year. Faith has autism and a heart condition, and with her Saint Bernard they've been raising awareness about the important role autism assistance dogs play. She says 'Ember is my best friend, she supports me every day.'
