8 year old Dulcie from Telford was diagnosed with a rare type of aggressive cancer at the end of 2021. It's been a turbulent few years for the O'Kelly family, but this week they're celebrating as Dulcie has rung the 'end of treatment' bell at Birmingham Children's Hospital.
