Yarns from D-Day
A unique exhibition depicting the D-Day landings through knitting and crocheting has opened its display at Peterborough Cathedral.
The Longest Yarn was created with the help of about 180 crafters across the world.
It recreates 80 scenes from the 1944 landings of allied troops in Normandy, France in World War Two.
Tom Jackson has been to take a look.
The Longest Yarn Exhibition is at Peterborough Cathedral from 4th – 31st March 2025.
