‘Nasal tanners left me suffocating’
Tan-enhancing nasal sprays, also known as the 'Barbie Drug', have been linked to serious health complications and even skin cancer.
They are illegal to sell, but a Â鶹Éç investigation has found buying them online is simply a few clicks away.
