"My body wouldn't move"
A pivotal moment towards the end of Jon Adam's playing career changed his life forever. The former Telford United star was preparing for a futsal tournament one morning when he found he couldn't move, "my mind wouldn't allow me to do anything." Jon went on to be diagnosed as bipolar and clinically depressed. Now with the right support network, Jon is thriving again.
