Easyjet return to Southend Airport
EasyJet has opened a new permanent three-aircraft base at Southend Airport, nearly five years after it was forced to withdraw due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The airline will run 122 flights per week across 20 routes, taking passengers to 13 new destinations and create 140 new jobs for pilots and cabin crew.
