Can these 'blue plaques' really tackle phone theft?
Have you ever had your phone stolen on the street? Or perhaps you know someone who has?
Well, to try and tackle this the City of London Police are using fake blue plaques on pavements to highlight where someone had phone snatched - asking commuters to consider as they walk over it whether they had thought about the risks.
But will it work?
