Over the years the city's landscape has changed, as has the accent. However, there is definitely a Scouse divide, as many non-Scousers still see us through decades-old stereotypes, and yet, the Scouse spirit is just as strong and filled with pride in our hometown. Also, with our history of being a major port, could we be the Scouse equivalent to Ellis Island?
