The families of five people murdered by Hashem Abedi in the Manchester Arena bombing have told the justice secretary of their "absolute disbelief" he was allowed to attack prison officers in HMP Frankland.

Matt Bailey speaks to former Prison Officer Sean Byrne who started his career at Frankland, he gave his reaction to the attack.
