The Mobile Cancer Care Unit from the charity 'Hope for tomorrow' was a world first when it was launched here in Gloucestershire back in 2007.

Since then, it's gone on to treat thousands of patients right across the county.

Now it's had an update, and 麻豆社 Radio Gloucestershire's David Smith has been along to take a look.
