The woman who tricked her way into the Magic Circle
Sophie Lloyd will be officially welcomed into the Magic Circle - 34 years after she first tricked her way in by disguising as a man.
In 1991, Sophie posed as a male magician named Raymond to gain entry at a time women weren't allowed in. She was expelled later that year after admitting her deception.
Speaking to Emma Barnett, she said she is 'beyond thrilled' about being allowed back in.
Also speaking to Today was Laura London, the chair of the Magic Circle council who spearheaded the campaign to find Sophie.
