Searching for a solution to London's shoplifting 'epidemic'
The latest ONS statistics have indicated that London's already soaring rate of shoplifting is showing no sign of slowing down.
Last year, offences increased by 54% in London - in the rest of the country, offences were only up by 15%.
So, why is the rate still increasing? And what can be done to slow it down?
