Street parties are something we probably all have a memory of, and to mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day Liverpool City Council are waiving road closure fees for residents who might want to hold a celebration in their area.
Councillor Christine Banks, Armed Forces Champion, talks us through how to have a fuss free party to celebrate the day.
