Trish Brookes from Crewe damaged her spine following an accident four years ago and was told by doctors she could lose the ability to walk at any moment. Instead of letting it set her back, she's been swimming with sharks, abseiled down Anfield Stadium and is now preparing for her next challenge. She is setting her sights on a 90ft abseil followed by a mile-long canoe trip in the Peak District. She says she just wants to enjoy life and live it to the full.
