Sharon Goddard from Spilsby was taking part in a fashion show for the charity Breast Cancer Now when she made a spur-of-the-moment decision on the catwalk to open her jacket and reveal her mastectomy scars.
Sharon, who has had a double mastectomy, says her impromptu move was 'liberating', but admitted to tears backstage afterwards.
